SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Estimates

We offer worldwide shipping to our customers. To provide you with the best variety and prices, products are dispatched from our international fulfillment centers. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but standard delivery to the United States typically takes between 12 to 20 business days after the order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance procedures, or high-volume shipping seasons (such as holidays). In accordance with FTC regulations, if an unforeseen delay causes your package to exceed 30 days, we will contact you immediately to provide an updated shipping date or a full refund.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Your Pet Paradise Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will reeive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information may take 1-3 days to become active in the carrier's system. You can use our "Track Order" page to monitor your shipment at any time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund.
